Mailbox Factory, LLC does not share your contact information with any third party providers. Your name, address, phone number or e-mail address will not be used to build a database and will not be sold or given to any other parties to do so.
Our site is equipped with a 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption system. No person at Mailbox Factory, LLC has access to your credit card information for orders placed on-line. Your credit card information is transferred electronically for clearance and processing.
Phone orders will be taken only via our office’s land-line telephones. Fax orders containing credit card and contact information will be shredded once orders are processed. Credit card information will not be stored manually or electronically by Mailbox Factory, LLC.
Payment Terms:
Before your order is fulfilled payment must be made in full to Mailbox Factory, LLC via credit card, check drawn on U.S. banks, or money order. Orders paid by check will not be fulfilled until the check clears the bank of Mailbox Factory, LLC.
Installation:
Installation of products is not offered by Mailbox Factory, LLC. Assembly and installation instructions will be provided with each item. All mounting hardware is included. Concrete and tools are not included. Address numbers are not included.
Contact your local utility providers to mark underground utilities before you begin installing the product.
Contact the U. S. Postal Service for regulations regarding the height and positioning of mailboxes in your delivery area.
Warranty:
Mailbox Factory, LLC warranties to the original purchaser for products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of delivery to the address provided on your order. This warranty applies only to merchandise purchased from Mailbox Factory, LLC. Installation costs and materials are excluded from this warranty. The warranty does not cover accidents, misuse, or Acts of God. No merchandise can be returned without a RGA #.
To Return Defective Merchandise:
Contact Mailbox Factory, LLC by e-mail, phone or fax within one year of the date of delivery of the merchandise at the address provided on your order.
Mailbox Factory, LLC will issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) via e-mail, mail or fax.
Use the RGA paperwork as your packing list.
Ship back the unused product via carrier noted on the RGA paperwork. Keep a copy of the tracking information. (Return merchandise will not be accepted via U.S. Mail).
Allow up to 30 days for the merchandise to be inspected and credit to be issued to you.
To Return Unwanted Merchandise:
Contact Mailbox Factory, LLC by e-mail, phone or fax within 30 calendar days after receipt of merchandise at the address provided on your order.
Mailbox Factory, LLC will issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) via e-mail, mail or fax.
Use the RGA paperwork as your packing list.
Ship back the unused product via carrier noted on the RGA paperwork. Keep a copy of the tracking information. (Return merchandise will not be accepted via U.S. Mail).
Within 30 days credit will be issued to you less a 25% Restocking Charge if unwanted merchandise meets the following conditions:
- It has not been installed, used, modified or damaged in any way.
- It must be returned with all original packaging and packed in the same manner as when it left Mailbox Factory, LLC.
- All instructions listed on the RGA paperwork must be followed.
- Merchandise must be received at Mailbox Factory, LLC in 100% re-sellable condition.
- No returns are available for custom or special order merchandise.
Order Cancellations:
Orders are considered firm once received by Mailbox Factory, LLC. Orders cancelled before shipping will incur a 15% order cancellation fee that will be charged to the credit card number provided.
Orders cannot be cancelled once an order has shipped. Please refer to our policy for returning unwanted merchandise for this situation.
Special or custom orders cannot be cancelled.
Product Changes:
Mailbox Factory, LLC reserves the right to discontinue or change its products in any way at anytime without notice to the customer. Mailbox Factory, LLC will not incur any liability for issues resulting from such changes.
Shipping Policy:
Standard ground shipping is free to destinations within the continental U.S. Shipping to other destinations outside the continental U. S. is not offered at this time. Expedited shipping is not available. Shipping to Post Office Boxes is not possible.
Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you at the time of shipment.
Merchandise becomes the property of the purchaser when it leaves Mailbox Factory, LLC. To ensure prompt delivery and to avoid theft of the merchandise, we recommend that you have your order shipped to a location that is attended at all times during the day by you or a responsible adult.
Inspection of Merchandise:
Inspect entire package thoroughly and immediately after receipt, even if you do not plan to install it until later. Report damage immediately to your freight carrier. KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNTIL YOU ARE CERTAIN THAT THE PRODUCT IS UNDAMAGED. If you have to file a freight claim with the freight company they may want to inspect the packaging. Freight companies offer a brief time period in which claims may be filed. Please contact them immediately and directly for the claim form and deadline. |
